Michael Page is seeking a Head of Business Planning, Performance & Continuous Improvement in Melbourne. You will drive FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across a growing technology organisation, partnering with senior leaders to deliver insights and drive efficiency.

Lead reporting, governance and long-range planning while guiding system initiatives and continuous improvement across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A experience across budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Ability to translate financial and operational data into meaningful insights.
• Experience developing reporting frameworks, KPIs and dashboards for decision-making.
• Track record of driving business performance, process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Exposure to finance systems, ERP enhancements and reporting transformation projects.
• Well-developed stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration.
• CA/CPA qualifications highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Partner with finance and operational leaders to set performance priorities aligned to strategic objectives.
• Lead development and enhancement of management reporting, KPIs and dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning ensuring alignment with targets.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Drive performance initiatives translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate to improve reporting capabilities, data quality and consistency of information.
• Lead finance systems initiatives including automation and tool enhancements.
• Oversee continuous improvement projects across finance and business operations.
• Monitor KPIs and project outcomes, providing updates to senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks and governance processes.
