Job summary

MYOB in Melbourne is seeking a commercially minded, highly analytical Head of Performance & Operations to unite growth, retention, strategy and operations, using data to drive opportunities and improve productivity.

You’ll partner with senior leaders across Customer, Finance, Product and Data to build the operating rhythm that keeps teams aligned, accountable and focused on sustainable growth, while exploring automation and AI to free time for high-value work and better customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior Leadership experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations or a similar role.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, subscription or other data-rich environments.
• Strong commercial judgement balancing growth, customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver growth strategies across customer acquisition, expansion and subscription growth.
• Turn performance data into clear, useful insights across growth, retention, revenue and outcomes.
• Own retention performance including churn, customer health and product adoption.
• Establish rhythm for performance reviews, forecasting, planning and decision-making.
• Lead strategic initiatives from idea to measurable value.
