Job summary

Salvado Catholic College, Byford, WA, is seeking a Head of Future Pathways to lead career development, pathway planning and post-school transitions across the college. You will work with students, families and external partners to promote aspiration and informed decision‑making for education, training and employment.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership across the college, partnership development, and ensuring compliance with state education and VET requirements to support students’

Qualifications

• Qualified for teaching in a Catholic school setting with tertiary education.
• Accreditation to teach, or progress towards, in a Catholic school.
• Middle Leadership accreditation in a Catholic school, or progress towards it.
• Valid Teacher Registration Board of WA registration.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the College's Future Pathways program.
• Provide accurate, contemporary pathway advice to students and families.
• Support transitions into further education, training or employment.
• Build partnerships with universities, TAFEs, employers and community groups.
• Ensure CEWA, SCSA and VET requirements are met; promote career readiness.
