You will oversee reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, compliance with taxation advisors, and governance. A CA/CPA qualification and commercial financial leadership experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualified with commercial experience in financial management.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Proven ability to drive system improvements and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial and management reports with performance analysis.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow budgeting and treasury activities.
• Liaise with taxation advisors to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Improve organisation's financial and operational systems.
• Oversee internal controls and corporate governance.
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll and HR finance activities.
