Job summary

Australian Prudential Regulation Authority seeks a Senior Manager, Business & External Data Reporting to lead enterprise reporting services and external data dissemination. This role provides strategic direction across internal reporting, standards, data governance and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely, high-quality data products that support decision-making and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in data reporting, analytics or BI.
Experience delivering regulatory reporting.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong governance, risk and quality management capability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and large-scale reporting functions.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise reporting services: strategy, standards, performance metrics and roadmaps.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness and trust in reporting products for internal and external use.
Develop enterprise dashboards, management reporting and self-service capabilities.
Oversee external reporting products and publications with governance and compliance.
Build relationships with external data consumers and stakeholders.
Act as business owner for enterprise reporting products, defining requirements and priorities.
Partner with tech/data teams to improve platforms and drive adoption.
Represent the Data Branch on enterprise reporting initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
