Job summary

QBE Insurance Group is seeking a Reporting & Data Governance Lead to drive enterprise portfolio reporting on Planview and deliver clear Power BI insights. The role focuses on establishing reporting standards, data governance, and high-quality outputs that enable informed decisions across the organisation.

Based in a hybrid setup, you will collaborate with PMO, Change, Transformation, Risk, Finance and Delivery teams worldwide to uplift data quality and reporting capability, supporting consistent

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting and data governance.
• Strong Power BI data modelling and transformation.
• Knowledge of enterprise data governance frameworks.
• Ability to work with global stakeholders.
• Exposure to project or portfolio management (PPM).
• Experience with Planview or similar tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise reporting solutions, including dashboards and visualisations
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable reporting outputs
• Establish and maintain consistent reporting standards and data governance practices
• Own data quality, definitions and validation processes for Planview reporting and associated delivery data
• Develop and optimise Power BI dashboards using best-practice modelling and design
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to continuously enhance reporting capability and data quality
