Gilbert + Tobin in Sydney seeks an experienced IT operations leader to run end-user computing, applications support and document automation. You will build capability, ensure reliable, secure technology services and lead multidisciplinary teams across the technology estate.

The role emphasizes translating the technology roadmap into operational delivery, overseeing incident and change management, and partnering with security, infrastructure and business stakeholders to improve service

Qualifications

• Seasoned IT operations leader with a track record of developing teams and delivering high service levels.
• Experience managing end-user computing and modern workplace technologies (Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot).
• Familiarity with enterprise applications such as NetDocuments, Intapp and Elite 3E.
• Knowledge of IT service management processes and frameworks (ITIL v4 preferred).
• Strong analytical approach to use service data to drive improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary technology teams, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee operational health of digital workplace, enterprise apps and document automation environments, including incident, problem and change management.
• Manage end-user computing lifecycle including device management and deployment monitoring.
• Oversee application availability and lifecycle across platforms (NetDocuments, IntApp, Elite 3E, DocuSign, etc.).
• Use service data to improve reliability, user experience and efficiency, while managing vendor performance and contracts.
• Translate technology roadmap into operational improvements, including cloud transition and automation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, service delivery and data teams for alignment and controls.
• Act as senior escalation point and report on performance, risks and remediation.
