Job summary

Ports Victoria is seeking an experienced digital and technology executive to lead enterprise-wide transformation across IT, OT, data, cyber security and digital projects. This role reports to the Chief Strategy & Development Officer and influences the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and Board.

You will shape and deliver a vision for digital capability across Victoria's maritime infrastructure, guiding investments, governance and innovative technology adoption while building strong stakeholder

Qualifications

Executive leadership experience in technology, digital, or enterprise IT.
Proven track record delivering large-scale digital transformations.
Strong governance, risk, and cyber security capabilities in regulated environments.
Experience partnering with government, industry stakeholders and vendors.
Strategic advisory experience to CEOs/Boards on technology investments.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead Ports Victoria's enterprise digital, data and technology strategy.
Provide trusted advice to CEO and Board on technology and cyber security investments.
Lead digital transformation and technology modernization programs across the organization.
Champion innovative technologies, AI, automation, cloud platforms and advanced analytics.
Strengthen cyber resilience, governance and business continuity planning.
Lead and develop a high-performing digital, IT and cyber security team.
