Job summary

AirTrunk is seeking a Director, Development & Governance to own the controlled Development operating framework and ensure end-to-end lifecycle alignment across teams. You will drive standards, playbooks, templates and governance records, partnering with Development leaders and SMEs to embed consistent, auditable processes.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in Development governance, project controls, standards, operating systems or comparable capital delivery.
• Experience designing lifecycle processes, controlled standards, approval pathways and document management.
• Ability to translate policies, delegated authorities and technical standards into practical operating processes.
• Strong change management and systems adoption skills across functions or regions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical SMEs while clarifying decision rights and content ownership.
• Clear writing and document control skills, with the ability to turn complex requirements into usable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Own the Development E2E Lifecycle and Knowledge Hub as the authoritative map of steps, gates, minimum inputs and deliverables.
• Maintain controlled standards, playbooks, templates and governance processes mapped to the lifecycle and approved authorities.
• Lead governance capability, systems adoption and portfolio information in partnership with Development teams and subject matter experts.
• Coordinate governance baseline testing with Project Controls & Assurance and ensure issues are addressed by the appropriate owner.
• Set requirements for ownership, technical review, approval, version control, scheduled review and publication of Development standards and playbooks.
• Coordinate drafting and review with Principals, SMEs, Development leaders and process owners; keep approvals, decisions and change history traceable.
