Job summary

The Royal Melbourne Hospital seeks a Director of Data & Analytics to lead its Health Intelligence function. The role reports to the Chief Quality Officer and will shape RMH’s data strategy, strengthen governance, and enable timely, trusted insights for better patient care.

The Director will guide a high‑performing team, drive data access and analytics tool adoption, oversee major initiatives from Qlik to Power BI, and translate technical issues into clear organisational priorities for executives

Qualifications

• Experience leading health data analytics teams and data strategy initiatives.
• Ability to define governance frameworks and data quality standards.
• Proven capability in enterprise BI and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities
