Job summary

The Royal Melbourne Hospital is seeking an accomplished Director, Data & Analytics to lead its Health Intelligence function and realise greater value from data across clinical, operational and research settings.

Reporting to the Chief Quality Officer, you will shape RMH’s data strategy, strengthen governance and enable timely, trusted insights that support better decisions and improved patient care, including leading the Qlik to Power BI transition and modernising RMH’s data environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Health Intelligence team and shaping data strategy.
• Proven ability to drive governance, quality and trusted analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data matters into clear organisational priorities.
• Strong engagement with executives, clinicians and operational leaders.
