University of the Sunshine Coast seeks a Director of Insights and Analytics to lead its data-driven strategy across academic and professional portfolios. You will oversee forecasting, scenario modelling and the development of an integrated data environment to support strategic investment and performance decisions.

You will influence senior leaders with independent advice, build a capable analytics team and strengthen governance to enable reliable external reporting and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in analytics or related discipline within a complex organisation.
• Experience leading forecasting, modelling and investment appraisal.
• Strong strategic and commercial judgement to evaluate priorities and risks.

Responsabilités

• Set the strategic direction for UniSC's data, analytics and insights capacity.
• Lead forecasting, scenario modelling and investment appraisal for key university decisions.
• Advise executive leaders with independent judgement and clear recommendations.
• Develop an integrated enterprise data environment and improve data governance.
• Lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary analytics team across portfolios.
