Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience leading analytics, BI, insights or data functions.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong expertise in BI, KPI governance and self-service analytics.
- Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting and data science methods.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute analytics strategy, KPI governance and data science initiatives.
- Partner with executives to identify opportunities where data insights improve outcomes.
- Lead and evolve BI, reporting and analytics capabilities with trusted insights.
- Forecasting, predictive modelling and scenario planning to support decisions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing Analytics & Data Science team.
