Job summary

Kraken is seeking an experienced product leader to launch and scale a crypto P2P marketplace in APAC, building a shared platform for multiple Payward products. You will define vision, roadmap and market strategy, partnering with engineering, risk, legal and commercial teams to drive liquidity and trust.

You will own merchant onboarding, pricing, incentives and the end-to-end product lifecycle, from matching and escrow to dispute handling.

Qualifications

• Launched and scaled a crypto P2P marketplace in APAC.
• Experience with strategy, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of merchant operations and two-sided liquidity.
• Knowledge of APAC payment methods and local banking ecosystems.
• Experience building shared platform capabilities for multiple products.
• Strong judgment on fraud, risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define P2P vision, objectives and roadmap.
• Develop merchant onboarding, liquidity, and pricing strategy.
• Define fee structures and incentives; improve revenue.
• Lead product development across matching, escrow, and order management.
• Build platform adoption for multiple Kraken products.
• Collaborate with risk, legal and operations on integrity.
• Lead cross-functional launch planning and measure performance.
• Influence senior stakeholders and mentor product teams.
