Job summary

healthAbility, a not-for-profit delivering community health, is seeking an experienced executive to lead Corporate Services, enabling performance and growth across multiple funding streams.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee finance, governance, risk, IT, and company secretarial duties; lead a multidisciplinary team; provide strategic insights to the Board; and foster an inclusive, high-performing executive culture.

Qualifications

• CPA or CA qualification and membership
• Experience with governance reporting to a Board
• Experience in organisations with multiple funding streams and reporting obligations
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams
• Strong strategic/commercial acumen
• Experience leading transformational change
• Ability to connect systems, people, processes and strategy
• Experience in aged care or not-for-profit sectors desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice, reporting, and insights to CEO, Executive Team, and Board
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and funding compliance
• Act as Company Secretary for governance and reporting obligations
• Oversee governance, risk, audit, insurance and compliance frameworks
• Develop financial, business, and performance reporting
• Lead corporate services and finance teams
• Collaborate with leaders to strengthen financial, risk and compliance capability
• Oversee information technology and digital initiatives; foster executive culture
