Job summary

SA Health is seeking a Corporate Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across SALHN's non-clinical services at Flinders Medical Centre. You will drive continuous improvement, improve patient flow, data integrity and service delivery, while building a high-performing workforce and strong partnerships with clinical teams and external partners.

The role reports to the Director Corporate Services, with a focus on innovation, performance, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of non-clinical services, leading high-performing teams and ensuring resources, workforce capability and service delivery align with SALHN priorities.
• Drive service transformation and continuous improvement by challenging existing practices and implementing quality initiatives.
• Lead performance, financial and operational outcomes by establishing targets, monitoring service delivery and managing budgets.
• Build strong partnerships with clinical teams, executives, staff and external stakeholders to strengthen service responsiveness and safety.
