icare is seeking a Head of Compliance in Sydney to lead the enterprise compliance oversight and monitoring function, ensuring legal and regulatory obligations are met through robust frameworks and assurance activities.
You will report to the General Manager Risk & Compliance, provide Line 2 oversight of compliance risk, and work with senior stakeholders to strengthen governance, controls and performance across the organisation. This is a permanent full-time hybrid role.

The Head of Compliance is responsible for leading the enterprise compliance oversight and monitoring function, ensuring icare meets its legal, regulatory and policy obligations through the consistent application of compliance frameworks, controls and assurance activities.
Reporting to the General Manager Risk & Compliance, the role provides Line 2 oversight of compliance risk across the organisation. The role ensures that compliance risks are effectively identified, assessed, monitored and reported, while delivering actionable insights that strengthen governance, control environments and organisational performance.
