Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior communications professional with experience across channels.
• Ability to advise executives on reputation and messaging.
• Experience in government or financial services is preferred.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external communications strategy.
• Build engaging internal communications that support culture and change.
• Grow external voice through media, PR and social media.
• Advise the CEO and Executives on communications and reputation matters.
• Support executive speaking engagements and key stakeholder activity.
• Manage issues and crisis communications when needed.
• Oversee key publications, including the Annual Report.
• Use insights and analytics to continuously improve impact.
