Job summary

Hcms is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead its Australia Renewable Energy Solutions business. The role features P&L responsibility, multi-hat leadership, and the chance to build a team and portfolio of renewable energy assets across Australia.

You will drive large-scale battery and hybrid/microgrid projects, while growing the business and ensuring strong risk management and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior, general management experience in energy/engineering or construction industries.
• Proven leadership with track record in scaling small businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets and portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead Australia Renewable Energy Solutions business unit with P&L ownership.
• Build and manage a portfolio of renewable energy assets in Australia.
• Deliver large battery and hybrid/microgrid projects (> $2M) successfully.
• Grow the team and drive business development and risk management.
