Job summary

Xero is building the shared platform services that will sit underneath some of our most important product and technology bets. As the Head of Product for AI Shared Services, you will lead the strategy and execution of platform areas such as Eventing, Communications, and Search among others, shaping the next generation of products and standards that teams across Xero rely on.

This is a high impact, high visibility role with broad scope to learn, shape, and grow.

Qualifications

• Leadership across platform products, infrastructure or enterprise services.
• Experience managing interdependent product portfolios.
• Fluency with distributed systems, eventing, communications and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for the AI Shared Services domain and roadmap.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to track progress and impact.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Drive adoption of shared AI capabilities across product and engineering teams.
