You will work end-to-end—from problem discovery to live product, measurement, and roadmap feedback—and collaborate with business units to deliver impactful AI-powered solutions.

The role requires hands-on prototyping with AI assets, strong product discovery, and the ability to translate local needs into the wider product strategy, with a hybrid Sydney-based setup.

Qualifications

• Solid product management experience from discovery through build, launch and iteration.
• User-led approach to discovery and user-facing development.
• Experience owning roadmaps, backlogs, prioritisation and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Identify genuine product opportunities with business units.
• Define needs, test problems and shape product direction.
• Build and prioritise roadmaps linking local needs to strategy.
• Prototype with AI platform and run discovery sessions.
• Define success metrics and use data to scale solutions.
• Create playbooks and patterns to speed future deployments.
