Qualifications

• Started your career in software engineering and moved into product leadership with 8+ years combined experience.
• Led engineering teams through platform modernization or major technology shifts.
• You still write code and use modern AI coding tools as part of daily work.
• Strong commercial instincts with ability to build business cases and prioritise ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product and platform strategy and roadmap.
• Lead AI-powered product development and validate ideas with customers.
• Engage hospitality customers to understand challenges and quantify impact.
• Lead cultural shift toward AI-first thinking and enableions across functions.
• Audit internal functions for AI automation opportunities and deploy live solutions.
• Collaborate with executives to align product direction with business goals.
• Hire, mentor, and develop high-performing product and engineering teams.
