Qualifications

• Experience leading enrichment, scholarships or global education programmes in a secondary school.
• Proven ability to raise aspiration and engagement across diverse student cohorts.
• Ability to manage dispersed teams of programme leaders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enrichment and global education across Senior School.
• Develop pathways, partnerships and opportunities with universities and external providers.
• Engage with families and external bodies to broaden student opportunities beyond CGS.
