Responsibilities

• Support delivery of the service strategy and operational plans within the Head and Neck care group.
• Lead an administration team and oversee budgets for delegated programmes.
• Analyse data and inform decisions to improve operational performance.
• Ensure systems and processes align with quality standards and resource constraints.
• Provide line management for staff up to Band 7 within the speciality.
