Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Head Concierge to elevate guest experiences with leadership that is supportive, fun and stylish. You will drive the Concierge team to deliver consistently exceptional service and build meaningful connections with guests during their stay.

Responsibilities include onboarding new team members, maintaining a positive attitude, coordinating transport and valet services, and guiding the team through challenging guest situations with proactive, solution-focused thinking.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Concierge or hospitality roles.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work a flexible rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Must hold a valid National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Foster genuine connections with guests, making them feel valued and comfortable during their stay.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Maintain an atmosphere of positivity, exuding an unwavering "can-do" attitude.
• Lead the Concierge team collaboratively, jointly crafting unforgettable service experiences.
• Approach guest challenges with proactive, solution-focused thinking to ignite smiles.
• Assist guests with transport and travel arrangements, luggage delivery, storage, parking and valet services.
