St Leonards Bowling Club is inviting expressions of interest for an experienced Head Coach and Bowls Development Lead for the 2026/2027 season, based at St Leonards. Qualifications

• Experience delivering coaching sessions to bowlers of all abilities.
• Ability to develop recruitment and development programs.
• Contribute to team selection with the Selection Committee.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching sessions to members of all abilities, including mentoring club coaches.
• Develop programs to attract new members, including school initiatives, corporate events, and community groups.
• Provide support and actively contribute to team / player selection in consultation with the Selection Committee.
• Assist with informal and formal Lawn Bowls competitions and conduct Bowls Clinics.
• Collaborate with local communities and acting as a central point of contact for new players.
• Assist with player recruitment.
