Job summary

Bargo Sports Club is seeking a Bowls Development Coordinator to lead the growth of our bowls program. The role will drive participation, events and partnerships at the club’s venue near the Southern Highlands.

You will build new opportunities, attract participants and help establish the club and its Bushrangers as a respected force in bowls, while working with a progressive team to maximise exposure and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events, programs or participation opportunities.
• Ability to engage with members, volunteers, businesses and the community.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with IT systems, booking platforms and digital channels.
• Willingness to learn social media and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate weekly bowls schedule, social activities and Barefoot Bowls bookings.
• Organise Corporate Bowls Days, tournaments and regional events.
• Develop and promote the Club’s bowls calendar and championships.
• Manage administrative needs of major bowls events and bookings.
• Increase bowls participation, membership and revenue through initiatives.
