The Sporting Globe is seeking a Head Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen at Surfers Paradise. Take ownership, drive standards, and deliver quality food on busy game days and events within a dynamic sports bar setting.

Qualifications

• Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready for the next challenge.
• Experience leading a high-volume kitchen and managing the numbers.
