Rocker in Bondi Beach is seeking a skilled Chef to join our vibrant beachfront kitchen and lead high-volume service with creativity and professionalism. You’ll oversee prep, service, pass, workflow and quality control, while mentoring a dedicated kitchen team and helping shape innovative seasonal menus that reflect local produce.

• 3+ years’ experience as a Chef in reputable, high-volume venues.
• Strong background in modern Australian, Mediterranean or coastal cuisine.
• Confident leading service during busy periods and maintaining high standards.
• Calm, organised and collaborative leadership style.
• Australian working rights.
