Job summary

Olympus Dining in Sydney is seeking a Head Chef to lead our 200-seat Greek restaurant, bringing fire-cooked flavors and hospitality to a standout venue on Wunderlich Lane.

You will head a talented kitchen team, collaborate with our culinary leadership, and nurture chefs while delivering the food and hospitality Olympus is known for.

Qualifications

• Head Chef with experience in a quality, high-volume restaurant.

We're looking for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Olympus Dining, our 200-seat Greek restaurant in the heart of Wunderlich Lane.

Inspired by the tavernas of Greece, Olympus is all about generous hospitality, incredible produce and cooking over fire. Think beautiful seafood, charcoal-grilled meats, traditional Greek flavours and a dining room built around a spectacular bougainvillea tree.

Olympus has quickly become one of Sydney's most talked-about restaurants, and we’re looking for someone who can help shape its next chapter.
