Panthers Port Macquarie is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, drive quality, and bring fresh energy to our food offering. You will own day-to-day kitchen operations and balance creativity with cost-consciousness in a busy hospitality environment.

Formación

• Significant experience in a senior kitchen leadership role such as Head Chef, Executive Chef or experienced Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
• Strong knowledge of food costing, stock control, rostering and kitchen operations.
• Proven leadership in high-performing kitchen teams and a commitment to quality and consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality food and service.
• Oversee all day-to-day kitchen operations across restaurant, bistro, functions and events.
• Drive menu development and introduce fresh, commercially viable ideas that appeal to members and guests.
• Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
