Responsibilities

• Create and prepare high-quality dishes with focus on innovation and taste.
• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure health and safety standards.
• Develop new menu recipes and upgrade existing menus for various functions and dietary needs.
• Oversee storage standards and inventory control.
• Lead and train kitchen staff and manage rostering.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and organized kitchen environment.
