EVT Limited in Lovedale Brewbar, part of the Hunter Valley resort complex, invites a skilled Head Chef to lead production for Lovedale Brewbar, Room Service and Pool Bar. You will drive menu execution, maintain quality standards and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

You will recruit, train and develop the kitchen team, control costs, monitor stock, and uphold WHS standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or higher).
• NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

Responsabilités

• Present a standard of food that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of patrons.
• Direct, supervise and assist colleagues to ensure a high level of productivity and service standard within the department at all times.
• Recruit, train and develop Kitchen team members, including regular performance evaluations and appraisals.
• Monitor stock rotation in all storage facilities.
• Control departmental expenses within set targets.
• Ensure that all standard recipes are followed in all outlets.
