The Butler's Pantry Cafe, Bar & Restaurant is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and own back-of-house operations. You will mentor staff, shape menu direction, and drive a positive, high-performing kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in head chef or senior sous chef roles.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage kitchen operations across cafe, restaurant, catering and events.
• Develop seasonal menus and new food concepts.
• Drive creativity while maintaining profitability and consistency.
• Train, mentor and inspire kitchen team members to perform at their best.
• Manage food costs, stock control, ordering and supplier relationships.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and compliance standards.
