The Fiddler Hotel in The Hills, Sydney, is seeking an energetic Head Chef to lead our busy kitchen, delivering superior food quality, presentation and taste. You will report to the Executive Chef and drive menu design, creativity and execution.

We value flair, strong leadership and a passion for hospitality. The role involves overseeing mid-large in-house functions, managing food and labour costs, and collaborating with venue management to align kitchen operations with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef in fast-paced, high-volume venues.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Proven track record in menu design, costing and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a diverse kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Design, test and implement menus with a focus on presentation and flavour.
