North Burleigh Supporters Club on the Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Sous Chef with a minimum of 3 years in a high-volume venue to join a professional team. You will train and mentor other chefs while leading by example with your culinary skills.

Our Exec chef is a career-minded leader who values knowledge sharing and advancement within the kitchen. Must be able to work weekends and reside on the Gold Coast to join our award-winning venue.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior sous chef in a high-volume venue.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor junior chefs and peers.
• Available to work weekends and reside on the Gold Coast.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example in a busy kitchen and supervise daily operations.
• Train, coach and develop culinary team through structured programs.
• Maintain high quality and consistency during peak lunch/dinner service.

This is a true senior sous role where you will get scope to train and mentor other chefs while leading by example with your culinary skills. Our Exec chef is a career minded leader and is looking to share his knowledge and continue your climb through the kitchen ranks.

We are one of the most popular venues on the southern end of the Gold Coast with crowds coming in for lunch and dinner 7 days per week to enjoy our views, listen to live music, drink, dine and soak up the fun atmosphere of this famous venue.
