Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a dedicated Chef to join our busy kitchen teams across our aged care homes in Australia. You will deliver high-quality meals that meet nutritional standards and create a warm dining experience for residents.

You will lead and train kitchen staff, ensure hygienic practices, and adapt menus to diverse resident needs while upholding Estia Health guidelines and hospitality excellence.

• Takes great pride in preparing and delivering appropriately nutritious food to the highest quality and service standards in line with Estia Health guidelines
• Uses their attention to food handling and hygiene standards and the ability to ensure menus can cater to diverse individual needs
• Trains and mentors, their kitchen team to the expected standards.
