Job summary

CBRE Mobile Building Engineer position in the Seattle area seeks a hands-on technician to maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems across multiple facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure reliable operation and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in building engineering, EPA license, LOTO/OSHA10, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years as a building engineer preferred.
• EPA Universal license required.
• Experience with mobile maintenance is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, maintain inventories.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and respond to emergency maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations; operate company vehicles.
• Lead by example and share knowledge across disciplines.
