Job summary

Civmec Construction & Engineering Pty Ltd in Eneabba, WA, is seeking skilled Polywelders for a long-term project within a multidisciplinary construction team. You will contribute to HDPE piping fabrication, erection, and commissioning activities on site, coordinating with supervisors and other trades to achieve milestones.

Qualifications

• White Card (Construction Safety Awareness) required.
• RIIWHS204D/E Work Safely at Heights within 2 years of issue.
• RIIWHS202D/E Enter and Work in Confined Space within 2 years of issue.
• Previous experience on construction projects is beneficial.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
• High Risk Work Licence (EWP) preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out HDPE butt welding, electrofusion welding, and pipe prep to project specs.
• Install, align, and secure HDPE piping systems across processing plant.
• Conduct weld testing and QA documentation; ensure compliance with Civmec and Iluka standards.
• Work with supervisors and other trades to meet project milestones.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and site procedure adherence.
• Perform labouring/other duties when required.
