Iluka Resources is seeking a Shift Coordinator (Horizontal Directional Drilling) for the Balranald operation in NSW. You will lead one of four extraction teams operating 24/7, overseeing HK550 HDD rigs and associated support systems to maximise mineral recovery while maintaining safety standards.

The role offers a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster with FIFO from Melbourne or DIDO from regional areas, plus relocation support for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HDD teams in a mining environment.
• Strong safety record and focus on production metrics.
• Ability to work across functions and roster cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of four extraction teams operating 24/7.
• Deploy and manage HK550 HDD rigs and support systems.
• Oversee drilling fluids, logistics and surface infrastructure.
