Job summary

JR&LM TRACKSON PTY LTD in Innisfail, QLD is seeking Labourers to join our directional drill crews across North Queensland. This hands-on role involves working outdoors to assist drill operators with trenchless utility installations and learn HDD techniques on real projects.

You will be physically fit, reliable, and willing to travel occasionally. A manual car licence and Construction White Card are mandatory, with training opportunities and long-term career pathways available.

Qualifications

• Valid Manual Car Licence required.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Willing to travel locally for project locations.
• Construction White Card required.

Responsibilities

• Drill Site Support: assist the Drill Operator with setup and rod handling.
• Service Locating & Potholing: verify utilities before drilling.
• Mud & Fluid Management: mix drilling fluids and manage recycling.
• Site Preparation & Cleanup: establish barriers and tidy up after work.
