Job summary

Crokers Fuel and Oils in Mackay region seeks an experienced HC/MC Fuel Tanker Driver to safely load, transport and deliver fuel to diverse locations. You will operate modern tanks and uphold safety, compliance, and customer service at all times.

Essentially you hold an HC or MC license, a Dangerous Goods license or are willing to obtain one, and you bring reliable driving skills with attention to detail. Overtime opportunities exist within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Requires HC or MC driving license (Essential).
• Dangerous Goods license required or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with bulk liquid tankers preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely loading and unloading fuel products.
• Delivering fuel across Mackay region, including mine sites and commercial customers.
• Maintain fleet presentation and adhere to safety and compliance protocols.
• Coordinate with logistics for smooth operations.

Role Overview:

Your main responsibility will be to safely load, transport, and deliver fuel to various locations in the Mackay region. You'll be driving modern trucks, including single and b-double combinations, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely loading and unloading fuel products.
• Delivering fuel across diverse commercial and mine sites.
• Maintaining fleet presentation and adhering to safety and compliance protocols.
• Coordinating with logistics teams for smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Current HC or MC Driver's license (Essential).
• Dangerous Goods License (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience with bulk liquid tankers preferred but not necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
