WorkPac Group is seeking reliable HC Operators / Labourers for an upcoming dredging project on Groote Eylandt. Roles require an HC licence and ability to operate heavy vehicles while performing general labour tasks on a major civil/earthworks site.

These roles suit physically capable individuals who can work in a hands-on project environment, with a 2:1 roster and 12-hour days. Successful candidates will join a safety‑driven team and support daily project activities.

Formación

• Possess a current HC licence and be able to operate heavy vehicles safely.
• Experience in civil construction, mining, earthworks or similar environments.
• Capable of performing general labouring duties in a hands-on project setting.
• Willingness to perform physical labour and assist with site tasks.
• Must pass required medical and site inductions, and have a valid driver's licence.

Responsabilidades

• Operate HC trucks safely and efficiently according to site procedures.
• Undertake general labouring duties to support dredging and earthworks operations.
• Assist with loading, unloading and moving materials and equipment.
• Support site personnel with daily project activities and tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Complete pre-start inspections and report equipment faults or safety concerns.
• Follow site procedures, safety requirements and supervisor instructions.
• Take on additional duties as required to support project operations.
