Job summary

Cement Australia is seeking an enthusiastic Tanker Operator with a HC/MC licence to join our Gracemere depot team in the Rockhampton region. The role involves loading and unloading cement tankers, coordinating with the operations team to ensure safe, timely deliveries, and maintaining rigorous safety standards.

The position offers Monday to Friday day shifts with potential overtime; some travel to the Gladstone plant may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid HC or MC licence with at least 3 years’ experience.
• BFM accredited or willing to obtain.
• B double tanker experience highly advantageous.
• Good communication, organisational and time skills.
• Strong safety and customer service focus.

This position will be based at our Gracemere depot and primarily work around the Rockhampton area, however, there may be times that you will be required to travel to our plant in Gladstone.

Roster: Monday - Friday day shift ~5:00am start, with the option of overtime on weekdays and weekends! (dependant on BFM hours).

As a Tanker Operator, your duties will consist of:

• Load and unload Cement Tankers and liaise with the Operations team in relation to product delivery
• Ensure that all product is delivered in a safe and timely manner
• Have a strong commitment to safety and comply with all Cement Australia safety requirements
