Aquent in Australia is seeking a bright, commercially minded person to learn recruitment from the ground up. This 360-degree role spans business development, relationships, talent and recruitment, with a focus on turning signals into conversations and opportunities.

We are deliberately NOT looking for someone with recruitment experience; a university degree and strong academic record are required. Sydney-based applicants with unlimited work rights are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a university degree and a strong academic record.
• A few years of work experience with B2B sales is ideal.

Who are you?

First, the non-negotiable:

You must have a university degree and a strong record of academic achievement.

We care less about what you studied and more about what your results tell us about how you think and perform!

A few years of work experience where you can demonstrate some B2B sales experience,would be ideal.

Be based in Australia ideally Sydney and have unlimited work rights.

What will you actually do?

This is a 360-degree commercial role spanning business development, relationship building, talent and recruitment. You'll learn to spot opportunity before it turns into a job vacancy.

You'll turn those signals into conversations, relationships, opportunities and revenue. Then you'll learn the other side: finding brilliant people, interviewing, advising clients, negotiating, closing placements and growing accounts.
