Job summary

Bravus Mining & Resources, via Mackellar, is hiring experienced haul truck operators to support Carmichael Mine production in regional Queensland. Work onsite at the Galilee Basin with a 7/7 roster (12.5-hour shifts) and FIFO arrangements with minimal travel.

Applicants should have at least 12 months of haul truck experience in mining, hold current Standard 11, RII competencies (or recent verification), and a valid Driver’s Licence.

• Minimum 12 months’ experience operating large haul trucks in a mining environment.
• RII competencies (or verified within past 5 years) required.
• Current Standard 11 and Driver’s Licence are mandatory.

Mackellar is proud to be the mining services contractor for Bravus’ Carmichael Mine, and together we’re creating jobs and opportunities across regional Queensland. With production in full swing at our site in the Galilee Basin, we’re expanding our team and looking for experienced operators to join us.

Our primary recruitment hubs are Townsville and Rockhampton, with flights also available from Cairns. We welcome and encourage applications from all regional Queensland communities.
