Job summary

Sunshine Mitre 10 in Nambour is seeking a Trade sales person to join our Trade division. You’ll help customers select general building products, unload and store timber and materials, and process orders with expert product knowledge.

Weekend work is required. Ideal candidates have knowledge of hardware and building sectors, a forklift license or ability to obtain one, and a self-motivated team player mindset. Great staff discounts and health benefits support you here.

Job Description

We are looking for Trade sales persons for our trade division at our Nambour store. This role will suit someone who has previous experience in the building and construction industry and is ready to use their skills and knowledge to support our Trade customers.

Please note there will be weekend work.

The Role

• Customer Service, assisting clients with selection of general building products
• Unloading & storage of Heavy & Light Timbers & Building materials
• Picking Orders
• Engage with customers, providing expert advice on products
• Work with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions, using your knowledge of products you will take a full approach to selling.
  

Ideally you will have

• Knowledge and understanding of the Hardware & Building sector
