Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Lab Technician, Hardware 3 to support development of advanced hardware systems in a Redmond, WA lab. You will perform precision measurements, contribute to signal and power integrity work, and help ensure hardware meets performance and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include analyzing hardware layouts, assembling components, building prototypes, and documenting results. On-site work, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a focus on accuracy, safety, and collaboration

Qualifications

Hands-on lab measurements and electronics testing experience required.
Bachelor or associate degree in engineering preferred.
Experience with VNA and oscilloscopes for signal and power integrity.
On-site work in Redmond, WA is expected.

Responsibilities

Analyze hardware layouts and plan required equipment modifications.
Assemble and modify hardware components to meet project needs.
Build, test, and modify prototypes using models and simulations.
Perform VNA and oscilloscope measurements to support SI investigations.
Document test setups and results for engineering and cross-functional teams.
Provide training and technical support on hardware configurations and procedures.
