Job summary

The role requires an associate degree or technical certification and 2+ years in a reliability/test environment. Onsite, Monday–Friday, with benefits including Health Insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade school certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on reliability/manufacturing test experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication to present technical information.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate test equipment for reliability and environmental testing.
• Document results clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with engineers to identify issues and improve product performance.
• Ensure testing adheres to safety and quality standards.
