Job summary

Jet Aviation Defence is seeking an experienced Manager of Hangar Services to lead scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the PTS AMO at RAAF Base Pearce.

This role provides technical leadership within a safety-focused aviation environment, collaborating with AMO personnel, the Continuing Airworthiness Supervisor, Pilatus Engineering Support, Flight Line, PTS Management and Jet Aviation’s corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AMO from a technical perspective, providing advice and briefings.
• Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with the CA Supervisor.
• Manage hangar rosters, manpower allocations and budgets.
• Liaise with Pilatus Engineering Support to resolve issues.
• Promote LEAN methodologies and participate in improvements.
• Approve purchase orders in line with DOA guidelines.
